Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified vendors to submit quotes for the supply of equipment to enable audio recordings of Council meetings

The scope of the quotation includes:

Essential Criteria

Supply of thirteen (13) fixed and one (1) cordless microphones. The microphones need to have 'push to talk' capability and be centrally controlled by the meeting chairperson.

Supply and assistance with installation of associated recording hardware to be located within Council Chambers.

Assistance with training of Councillors and relevant Council staff in the operation of the equipment during Council meetings before the first use of the system.

Provision of real-time on-call support during the first three (3) Council meetings

Out Of Scope

Leasing of the recording equipment or any other ongoing service provision costs.

Real-time streaming of the meeting in progress.

Full-text indexing of the audio file after the meeting.

Uploading and hosting of the audio files.

Video streaming of Council meetings.

Submitted quotes should include product information brochures for the proposed equipment and address each of the essential criteria outlined above.
