Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply include the following summarised activities:
• design, supply of all materials, fabrication, manufacture, surface treatment, quality assurance/quality control, factory acceptance testing and inspection of complete HV motors (43 in total), generally:
- 3 x SCIM TEFC Motors at 2000kW 4 pole @ 3.3, 6.6 or 11kV;
- 6 x SCIM TEFC Motors at 4250kW 4 pole @ 3.3, 6.6 or 11kV;
- 10 x SCIM TEFC Motors at 5000kW 4 pole @ 3.3, 6.6 or 11kV;
- 16 x SCIM Motors at 3400kW 6 pole @ 3.3, 6.6 or 11kV; and - 8 x SCIM Motors at 5700kW 8 pole @ 3.3, 6.6 or 11kV;
• all motors to be suitable for Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control; • all ancillary items normally supplied with the Equipment;
• all surface preparation and corrosion protection as required;
• packaged for safe delivery; and • any specials tools required for assembly, erection and maintenance.
Australian Standards apply to this package 662NSP0020 HV Motors
The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP0020 HV Motors is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time
