Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking tenders from main/head/principal contractors for the construction of the Moreton Bay Cycleway (Stage 2) from School Road to Point O'Halloran Road at Victoria Point, Redland City.
The work to be performed under this contract comprises of the provision of all materials, plant/equipment labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply/delivery, installation/construction, supervision and certification for the proposed works and services, which include but are not limited to:
- removal and disposal of existing boardwalk, trees and bollards;
- concrete pathway and raised boardwalk construction (including piling works);
- associated earthworks and landscaping including clearing and grubbing (where indicated);
- supply and installation of signage and linemarking; and
- final RPEQ certified 'As Constructed' (ADAC) drawings (with Form 16 and Form 21).
It is preferable that Stage 2 works be completed by Friday 31 January 2020.
