Doing it Differently Grants Program
The Doing It Differently grants initiative is a new partnership with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Health Promotion Service (SESLHD HPS) and Calvary Health Care Kogarah, which aims to address social issues in the community.

Local community groups can apply for grants of up to $10,000 per project through the program, which aims to promote health and wellbeing, create well-connected communities and reduce the risk of loneliness and social isolation.

The program uses a simple and collaborative application process and aims to build on the existing strengths of communities using an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach.

Doing It Differently will fund ideas that aim to:

1. Improve community health and wellbeing
2. Create well-connected communities
3. Reduce social isolation and loneliness
4. Create long-lasting change in communities
