Logistics Services and Warehouse Facility

⁠⁠⁠Suppliers are invited by Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) to submit an Offer in response to ITO Number MNHHS101435 for the provision of a Logistics service and warehouse facility.

MNHHS has identified a need for an external provider to deliver a logistics service and warehouse facility for the Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS) located on the Herston Quarter Redevelopment. This service will manage the Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) storage, delivery, testing and installation to ensure FF&E is in place ready for the commencement of services. An offsite storage facility located in the local Brisbane area is required to assist with the management of deliveries and testing.

The primary opportunity and objective of this ITO is to identify a Supplier able to Offer a Logistics Service and Warehouse Facility including the provision of:
* Provide a comprehensive project plan including a delivery and installation schedule with evidence of proven capacity and capability to deliver the scope of works within the required timeframe.
* Provide delivery, storage, assembly, installation, testing and data collection of new Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E)
* Provide an off-site warehouse facility (within the Brisbane area) suitable for the storage of clinical and non-clinical FF&E.
* Manage the relocation of existing FF&E (Transfer Items) from MNHHS departments, identified in Section 2.2, in line with the approved Transfer Program and Transfer Items List.
