Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, factory testing, packaging for transport and loading onto transport of various Conveyor Idlers for use across the Dry, Wet Process Plants and the Port upgrades, including:
- quantity:
- 806 off 45⁰ Impact Idler assemblies;
- 4897 off 45⁰ Troughing Idler assemblies;
- 449 off Flat Return Idler assemblies;
- 527 off Transition Idlers assemblies; and
- 2052 off V-Return Idlers assemblies
- idler assembly roller;
- idler assembly roller rubber discs;
- idler assembly roller rubber lagging;
- idler assembly roller shaft;
- idler assembly roller end discs;
- idler assembly roller bearings and bearing seals;
- idler assembly frame;
- stone guards and fixings;
- retainer plates and clips; and ancillary items normally supplied with the Equipment and any specials tools required for assembly, erection and maintenance.
Australian Standards apply to this package 662NSP2040 Conveyor Idlers. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2040 Conveyor Idlers is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
