Expressions of Interest - Lease of CWA Hall Witchcliffe

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is inviting expressions of interest from suitable parties interested in leasing the CWA Hall Witchcliffe, located at Lot 30 Redgate Road Witchcliffe.

The Hall is available to lease for a minimum 5 year term and successful proponents will be required to negotiate a suitable lease agreement. Indicative lease amounts are $10,500 per annum however proponents can include a different amount as part of an expression of interest submission.

The Shire will commence works on the Hall after the successful proponent is selected, to restore the Hall to a reasonable condition to enable occupation.

The Shire encourages submissions from people of all ages and backgrounds who wish to operate at this location to look at options to activate this space for the enjoyment of the wider community.

• Addressed to the CEO and titled as shown on the front cover of the Expression of Interest document; and
