The work comprises the provision of all resources and materials required to construct all landscaping works as per the drawings and specifications provided by Port Stephens Council.

The site is located inside the Halifax Holiday Park, 5 Beach Rd, Nelson Bay NSW 2315, approximately 62 kilometres north/east of Newcastle. The proposed landscaping Works is sited within the existing Park in the block that is surrounded by Melbourne Mall, and Brisbane Boulevard. Ground conditions are generally sandy and the site requires some clearing. The site is located approximately 140m from breaking surf.
