Tender Description
The work comprises the provision of all resources and materials required to construct all landscaping works as per the drawings and specifications provided by Port Stephens Council.
The site is located inside the Shoal Bay Holiday Park, 71 Shoal Bay Rd, Shoal Bay NSW 2315, approximately 62 kilometres north/east of Newcastle. The proposed landscaping Works is sited within the existing Park in the block that is surrounded by Delf Drive, Eagelray Road, Dolphin Drive, and Angelfish Road. Ground conditions are generally sandy and the site requires some clearing. The site is located approximately 115m from breaking surf.
N.B.: The works must be completed by no later than 28th September 2019.
