The Office for Technology (OfT) delivers a range of voice and data telecommunications services to the whole of Government. OfT primarily incurs the cost of these services and recharges the agencies. The charges invoiced by the external parties are allocated back to the government agency who is the recipient of the service.

OfT Billing Solution is an initiative that has been established to investigate the need of delivering a billing solution that is fit for purpose and would help OfT meet its strategic objectives. The new solution would ensure accurate and transparent invoicing to agencies, provide accurate backing data as well as integrate with the dependant systems.
