Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, factory testing, packaging for transport and loading onto transport of various Conveyor Drives for use across the Dry and Wet Process Plants, including:
- 1 off 90 kW;
- 3 of 220 kW;
- 2 off 250 kW;
- 2 off 280 kW;
- 2 off 315 kW;
- 4 off 500 kW;
- 7 off 800 kW;
- 3 off 1000 kW; and
- Conveyor Drive consisting of:
a. gearbox complete with low and highspeed couplings;
b. electric motor;
c. holdbacks;
d. cooling units (where required);
e. torque arm connection;
f. condition monitoring instrumentation;
g. guards;
h. all of the above assembled on a drive frame complete with torque arm and attachment mechanism to the structure.
Australian Standards apply to this package 662NSP2038 Conveyor Drives. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2038 Conveyor Drives is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
