Tender Description
The purpose of the Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) Services is for the Contractor to plan and perform initial designs to enable the Company to contract with a single contractor to perform either a Design and Construct, Build Own Operate or a Build Own Operate Transfer works and/or services. The Contractor will be required to develop its design to a level which will enable the Contractor to deliver a guaranteed schedule and maximum cost for the accommodation.
The Contractor will be performing the Services in parallel with other contractors. The Company will select one (1) contractor to award a D&C, BOO or BOOT for the design, construction and potentially operation of the facilities, upon completion of the ECI process.
