Tender Description
Upper Hunter Shire Council is commencing a major project at Scone Airport, which includes upgrades to the runways and taxiways, a new Aviation Attraction and Terminal Building. The value of the project is $23 million.
Council is calling for expressions of interest (EOI) from local trades, services and suppliers. Contact and other information from EOI nominees will be provided to the tenderers for the Scone Airport Project. The intention is to facilitate local involvement in the construction project.
Possible local trades, services and suppliers include:
- Earthworks contractors,
- Builders, carpenters, concreters,
- Electricians,
- Plumbers,
- Plasterers,
- Landscapers,
- Soil and gravel suppliers,
- Cranage, EWP and lifting gear suppliers,
- Concrete suppliers,
- Worker accommodation,
- Work site food suppliers.
This list is indicative only. If you believe your trade or service or supply may be required for the project you are encouraged to submit an EOI.
