The Hamilton Park Cemetery, a Unit within Hamilton City Council, requires a proposal to replace their current Cemetery Management System. Due to changes in business requirements and aging software, the Hamilton City Council (HCC) are seeking to replace their current Cemetery Management System to ensure business continuity, fulfil legal and compliance requirements, and allow for the growing current and future demands of Cemetery customers
This RFP is designed to allow vendors to demonstrate their ideas for installing and supporting their cemetery management solution. The solution provided must integrate with key HCC systems, improve digital capability, and keep up with the changing needs of the cemeteries diverse customers. It should also provide efficiencies for staff in management of burial and cremation records, customer services and account transactions.
HCC are looking for credible vendors who have the capability, experience and expertise to implement a future-proof Cemetery Management solution. They will also need to have a good track record in developing and implementing their proposed system in large organisations.
