Hinchinbrook Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) submissions from suitably qualified electricity retailers to assist Council with understanding the retailing of electricity options that: maximises the financial risk-reward from the export of the Fairford Road Solar Farm (the Project) in conjunction with the provision of an uninterrupted electricity supply to all Council's existing powered sites
