The Olympic Dam Accommodation Project is reviewing options to provide accommodation facilities that are of suitable quality and quantity to support operations over the next decade and beyond.

Accommodation facilities for Olympic Dam's commute workforce are provided in two camps:
1) Olympic Dam Village (2500 rooms); and
2) Roxby Downs Village (500 rooms).

Stage 1 of the Project will supply additional rooms (up to 1500 rooms) and associated facilities with rooms and facilities available from March 2021.

The purpose of the Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) Services is for the contractor to plan and perform initial designs to enable the Company to contract with a single contractor to perform either a Design and Construct (D&C), Build Own Operate (BOO) or a Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) works and/or services.

The contractor will be required to develop its design to a level which will enable the contractor to deliver a guaranteed schedule and maximum cost for the accommodation. The contractor will be performing the services in parallel with other contractors. The Company will select one (1) contractor to award a D&C or BOO or BOOT for the design, construction and potentially operation of the facilities, upon completion of the ECI process.
