Taupo District Council (TDC) has been considering how to provide civic administration facilities to meet the long-term needs of the community (included in these facilities is office space for Taupo District Council; Destination Great Lake Taupo; Enterprise Great Lake Taupo; Waikato Regional Council and others).
Following a consultation process the proposed site at 61 -67 Tuwharetoa Street Carpark was decided upon.
TDC are looking for architectural services from a suitably qualified, resourced and experienced architectural practice to complete both the concept and detailed designs, along with the associated documentation, and support the delivery of TDC's new CAB
