Luminaire Tender - Non price attributes
Auckland Transport (AT) intends to issue a tender at the end of September via GETS for a further supply of LED luminaires.
In order to give as much notice to suppliers as possible AT wish to advise that the non-price attributes will be modified from the last tender.
The LED replacement luminaires will be selected to replicate the existing luminaire providing a similar distribution of light onto the road.
For this reason it is not apDropriate to consider the road lighting sub category as defined in AS/NZS 1158. The parameters defined have been selected following analysis of the road network and existing light locations on that network.
This tender will purchase around 25, 000 LED luminaires to replace existing HID luminaires which are 100 Watt , 150 Watt and 250 Watt HID luminaires. These luminaires are for specific roads which have the following arrangements.
