Expressions of Interest are invited for the design and construction of Council's new Sunshine Coast City Hall to be located within the Maroochydore City Centre.
Sunshine Coast Council is seeking to engage a capable and experienced contractor to deliver this important landmark building.
Council reserves the right to invite respondents to change their tenders or expressions of interest to take account of a change in the specifications.
