Horizons Digital Workplace Project
Horizons Regional Council (HRC 'Horizons') has a number of information systems and also a dated electronic folder system that manages our records. Horizons is seeking information from lead provider(s) who can support the implementation of a cloud based digital workplace that is able to manage our records but also enable connectivity and synergy with all of our systems in an holistic sense. This must be configurable with our soon to be adopted Microsoft Sharepoint Intranet / Office 365.
In simple terms this RFI is 'testing the waters' for potential products and clients so a description of your company, product, what you have to offer, and approximate cost is requested. Note due to this being a RFI any cost estimates can be submitted in good faith and without predjudice.
HRC are looking for credible, forward thinking providers who have the capability, experience and capacity to deliver effective technologies compliant with open standards for an interchangeable plug-in component approach to data transformation and integration.
A proven track record is required in project management, acquisition and analysis of requirements, development practices through to deployment, training, and handover of solutions.
The successful provider also has the opportunity to lead the implementation project themselves as a 'one stop shop', or alternatively act in conjunction with a 3rd party project manager. Alliance project models will also be considered.
