Tender Description
“TENDER RELEASED”
The refurbishment of this facility is to be completed on an urgent basis. The Works area is located 260 Lonsdale street utilising space made available in the existing area. The works package includes refurbishing the existing area to include the following
- Four consulting rooms
- Office 1 & Office 2
- A lobby, library, boardroom and lunch room
When the project is completed, there will be a new centre that will accommodate two teams of 25-30 staff who will utilise shared services such as Psychiatrists and Forensic specialists.
The scope of works will include Decommissioning through to Commissioning including testing to the relevant standards.
