EOI - Property of Former Croatian Community Centre Dimbulah Inc

Expressions of Interest are invited from not-for-profit groups operating in the Dimbulah area to take over the property of the former Croatian Community Centre Dimbulah Incorporated. The property being:
1. Land - Described as: Lot 484 CP HG640. 18 Hambling Street, Dimbulah.
2. Single level masonry block building with an area of approximately 214 square metres (including contents) located on Lot 484 CP HG640, 18 Hambling Street, Dimbulah.
3. Various fittings and fixtures located on the land described above.
While it is preferred your group is an active group incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 ('the Act') or a company limited by guarantee, Expressions of Interest are also welcome from unincorporated groups providing they incorporate under the Act if their application is successful.

The property of the former Croatian Community Centre Dimbulah Incorporated is currently held by the State of Queensland through the Public Trustee.

The State of Queensland and Mareeba Shire Council are keen to see the property vested to a not-for-profit group operating in the Dimbulah area for the benefit of the community.
