Tender Description
The successful contractor, selected at the conclusion of this EOI and subsequent tender, will be capable of:
* Allocation of appropriately skilled and qualified personnel, including but not limited to the following capabilities :
* Discrete Event Simulation Modelling using the AnyLogic software package
* Project Management
* Risk Management
* Safety Management
* Technical writing
* Technical writing of reports, scopes of work and other documents as required.
* Maintaining client confidentiality and information security.
The contractor will be required to deliver the following:
* Preparation of Basis of Design documents (Data, Logic and Assumptions).
* Facilitation of workshops.
* Routine reports on progress, cost and schedule.
* A final updated report(s).
At all times during the delivery of the services the contractor will be expected to adhere to BHP safety policies and standards including participation in BHPs field leadership program.
