Disposal of property

⁠⁠⁠Residents and ratepayers of the Town of Port Hedland are advised that the Town of Port Hedland Council is proposing to dispose of the following property by way of sale to the following party in accordance with section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (private treaty) on the following terms and conditions:

Lot Number: Lot 409 17 Altitude Ave., Port Hedland, WA 6721

Prospective Purchaser: MJW Commercial Properties Pty, Ltd.

Offer to Purchase: $135,000 plus GST

Valuation: $143,000 plus GST

Submissions are invited for Council consideration on the proposed disposal.
