Expressions of Interest - Geraldton Foreshore Precinct Use Lease Option

⁠⁠⁠ The City of Greater Geraldton is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide services and facilities to the public for the enhancement and activation of the Geraldton Foreshore area to enhance their visit to the Foreshore.

The lease area is approximately 50m2 with a lease term of five years plus a further term of five years.

A commencement lease fee of $8,225 plus GST per annum and the lessee will be responsible for all costs associated with the development, power, water, gas connection, and legal fees.

Th proposed activities must address the criteria and objectives specified in the Foreshore Use and Development Policy – CPO 1.5. The full version of the Policy and the EOI documentation can be obtained on the City of Greater Geraldton website at www.cgg.wa.gov.au.
