Tender Description
The Department is seeking proposals to deliver additional social housing dwellings in the Darwin and Tennant Creek regions through long term head leases of new dwellings. Construction must not have commenced on the proposed new dwellings at the date the legal documentation is entered into between the parties (if any) and the proponent must have all necessary development approvals in place, or will have, to commence construction by no later than 30 June 2020. It is expected that the dwellings should be completed by 30 June 2023.
The Department’s minimum design and specification requirements for the proposed new dwellings in both the Darwin and Tennant Creek regions are set out in the documents.
