Provision of Beenleigh Smart Parking Solution

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council is seeking award a contract to a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor for the Provision of Smart Parking Technology in the Beenleigh Activity Centre.

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via the council's Online Forum, is 5:00pm Thursday, 29 August 2019. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.

A tender site visit will be held for tenderers, on Tuesday, 20 August 2019 commencing at 10:00am, at the Beenleigh Town Square in the Beenleigh Centre.

Attendance at the tender site visit is not mandatory, but is recommended.

Respondents are to contact (email: contractsrequests@logan.qld.gov.au) by 5:00pm Friday 16 August 2019, advising the names of those proposing to attend the tender site visit. A maximum of two (2) representatives per company are able to attend the site visit.

Attendees should present at enter location no later than ten (10) minutes prior to the time allocated. The tender site visit is expected to conclude within one (1) hour.
