Tender Description
Contractors wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to supply the equipment as described below:
• Supply of three (3) screw feeders (single shaft) including single mechanical shaft seals with flushing suitable for variable speed drive, Vertical Transfer (distance between flange centres) of 790 mm,Horizontal Transfer (distance between flange centres) of 750 mm, and 219OD pipe at discharge connection.
• Supply of three (3) inlet bridge breakers (twin shaft paddle rotating at opposite direction) with external bearing .
• Supply of all related materials, equipment, valves and other items necessary for the completion of the works, including but not limited to specialised tooling and equipment, shim plates, anchor systems, fasteners and fixings.
• Complete assembly, inspection, calibration and factory testing of equipment at the Supplier’s works.
• Surface preparation and protective coatings to suit operating conditions and climate as per MSP Engineering Standards and Surface Treatment Specification.
• Loading of ready for transport Equipment onto MSPE nominated transport
carrier.
