Tender Description

This project involves upgrading and refurbishing to two existing buildings at Holsworthy Barracks. The work includes the replacement of work floor coverings and existing shower facilities and includes all structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection and building code compliance works.

The scope also consists of upgrading and refurbishing a portion of the existing locker room to include unisex shower facilities and conversion of a female toilet into a female shower facility within building and repair of carpet within a building.
