At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, disassembly and packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of Static Trash Screens for location in the process plant, including the following:

• duty: to prevent any spurious oversize (+ 2 mm) in the coarse slurry feed of 1,500 m³/h per screen (1,164 t/h solids) from entering the process;
• six static trash screens, including screen decks, replaceable screen panels, feed box, and all other mechanical equipment required;
•  steel supporting structure, mounting frame and baseplates;
•  all instrumentation, control devices, and safety devices for the safe and efficient operation, and instrument interfaces for local and remote interfacing, including all wiring, cabling, junction boxes and marshalling panels, as required;
•  all lubrication and/or hydraulic power packages as required;
• surface preparation and coating to project specification;
•  replaceable wear resistant lining where required;
•  all fasteners for the equipment to allow complete assembly;
•  all maintenance tooling and protection devices; and
•  spare parts.

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2057 Static Trash Screens is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
