18190240B The Department for Energy and Mining (DEM), Remote Area Energy Supply (RAES) requires a supplier to provide the following goods and services over phases:
* the removal of existing meters and the installation of approximately 3,500 (2,800 single phase and 700 three phase) Smart Meters, and set-up of the associated communication requirements for the Smart Meters to operate on the Optus/Telstra networks for the entire RAES scheme.
