Karratha Leisureplex Café Operations

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to operate a food and beverage service to attract and service patrons of the Karratha Leisureplex.

The Karratha Leisureplex Café is located within the recreation centre adjacent to the main entrance and function space with direct servery access to the aquatic centre. Annual rent of $22,000 per annum inclusive of GST plus all outgoings is applicable to this space.

The Deadline for Tenders wishing to register their interest need to be submitted by 2 pm (AWST) Wednesday 21 August 2019 to leasing@karratha.wa.gov.au.
