NSW requests a quotation for a liquid handling system for the preparation of libraries for next generation sequencing.

Anticipated library preparation types include but are not limited to whole genome, exome, total and mRNA, small RNA and single cell libraries.

Existing next generation sequencing equipment includes Illumina NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 500, MiSeq, iSeq 100, PacBio Sequel.

Existing equipment also includes ancillary equipment for quality control and library preparation e.g. TapeStaion, Bioanalyser, PCR machines etc
