Tender Description
Christchurch City Council (Council) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for potential uses to lease the Former Kukupa Hostel, 380 Pettigrews Road, Pigeon Bay (property). The property is also known as the Former Kukupa Side School.
Relative to the use, it is envisaged a lease of up to 6 years is available to a new tenant, although this period is negotiable and if a longer term is required, applicants are requested to include the desirable lease period in their application.
