Tender Description

Subsea 7 scope of work for Julimar Development Phase 2 involves the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of the following packages of work:
* One 6-slot Julimar A manifold (transport and installation only);
* 22km long 18” NPS CRA clad flowline from the Julimar A manifold (JULA) to the existing Brunello Crossover manifold (BRUA-XoM), that includes one 12” NPS In-Line Tee (ILT) for future expansion and two 18” NPS Flowline End Terminations;
* 18” NPS CRA clad expansion tie-in spools connecting the flowline FLETs to the JULA and BRUA-XoM manifold (qty-3);
* 8” NPS Duplex rigid well jumpers connecting Wells to the JULA manifold (qty-4);
* One Spools Connection Assembly structure;
* 22km long EHU split into 2 sections (a break point in the EHU is required at the ILT location for future expansion) and comprising HP & LP hydraulics, MEG and Chemical injection cores, as well as electrical power cores and fibre optics for field control and communication;
* EFLs and HFLs connecting various subsea hardware components;
* Testing and pre-commissioning operations.

The scope of supply for the Linepipe Coating package covers the application of multi-layer polypropylene (MLPP) insulation coating onto approx. 22km of 18” NPS metallurgically clad SAWL pipe joints (25.3mm thick CS and 3mm thick CRA), and includes the following requirements:
* Insulation design based on U-value of 4 W/m²/K;
* Application of MLPP parent coating (thickness based on design requirements);
* External cut back at both ends of each joint (including FBE toe from pipe end to bottom of PP chamfer).
