Tender Description

The premises, located at 14 Parry Street, Fremantle has historically been used as the St Johns Ambulance Depot. The property is Crown Land and controlled by a Management Order in the name of the City of Fremantle.

The lease will be for community use purposes only. While commercial components may be considered within an applicant’s proposal, solely commercial operations will not be considered.

The building is 450m2 on a land footprint of 1346m2. The building is single story brick with the original constructed in 1937 and newer addition in the last fifteen years. It consists of a kitchen and toilet facilities, multiple office or storage rooms and two large open planed areas that were utilised as training facilities.

The land comprises of a private car park with 11 bays and enclosed courtyard with patio at the rear.

The City is advertising the property “as is” and requesting proposals for uses in line with the Guiding principles and Criteria for use outline in this RFP.
