Request for Proposals Licence of Victoria Hall – 179 High Street, Fremantle

⁠⁠⁠Victoria Hall is located on High Street within the heart of Fremantle’s CBD.

The building is 587m2 on a land footprint of 485m2. The building consists of a 215m2 main hall with stage and mezzanine, 84m2 lesser hall and multiple rooms throughout the building such as a “green room”, offices, cloak rooms and storage. There is a full bar with separate side entrance, side court yard and public toilet facilities at the rear of the property. Rear gate access also accommodates parking for two cars.

The City is advertising the property “as is” and requesting proposals for uses in line with the Guiding principles and Criteria for use outline in this RFP.

The proposal must set out how it will address the Mandatory and Qualitative criteria set out in the RFP. The RFP Form must be completed and attached to the front of the proposal.

Applicants whose proposal adequately meets the selection criteria will be shortlisted and may potentially be asked to present in person to the selection panel comprised of City officers.
