BHP Brownfield Expansion (BFX) Project - BFX Digital Strategy

⁠⁠⁠The successful contractor, selected at the conclusion of this EOI and subsequent tender, will be capable of:
* Allocation of appropriately skilled and qualified personnel, including but not limited to the following capabilities :
* Engineering (mechanical, electrical, metallurgical, process, civil, structural, drafting)
* Project Controls (cost, estimating, scheduling)
* Contracts & Procurement (contract specialists, procurement specialists)
* Project Management
* Construction Management
* Risk Management
* Safety Management
* Technical writing
* Management of the Contractor team including subcontractors and subconsultancies
* Execution of the study scope within the approved budget and delivery schedule.
* Preparation of a study deliverables and a detailed study report.
* Technical writing of reports, scopes of work and other documents as required.
* Maintaining client confidentiality and information security.
The contractor will be required to deliver the following:
In order to efficiently apply Smart 3D design tools for the BFX project, the Olympic Dam piping specifications and valve datasheets require updating and reformatting.
This work will require:
* Review of existing fluid/process condition;
* Definition of appropriate fluid codes to represent range of conditions;
* Review suitability of existing piping specifications and valve datasheets for each fluid code defined;
* Assign redefined fluid codes to existing piping specifications and valve datasheets;
* Update piping specifications and valve datasheets and reformat ready for populating SRD technical libraries; and,
* Populating SRD.
At all times during the delivery of the services the contractor will be expected to adhere to BHP safety policies and standards including participation in BHP’s field leadership program.
