Tender Description
Waikato District Council (WDC) requires:
1) The refurbishment of the existing toilet block at Pokeno - Corner of Market Street and Great South Road
2) Layout change and the refurbishment of current accessible toilet and building of additional toilet at Ngaruawahia - 'The Point' on the Lower Waikato Esplanade
On completion, these two facilities will better cope with growing demand on Council's facilities.
