PDG-43448-1 Revetment Wall Upgrade at Binnacle Close, Cleveland (Raby Bay)
Redland City Council is seeking tenders from main/head/principal contractors for revetment wall stabilisation works at Binnacle Close, Cleveland (Raby Bay) in Redland City.
The work to be performed under the contract includes but is not limited to:
* dilapidation survey at residents' properties;
* remove/stockpile toe rock to soil level;
* supply and installation of screw piles, pile caps, geotextile and rock wedge;
* supply, install and trim revetment armour;
* associated earthworks;
* provision of management plans; and
* final RPEQ 'As Constructed' ADAC drawings with associated documention (including Form 16).
