Construction of 5, 2x1 Independent Living Units, Lot 82 and 83 Grenfell St Cranbrook

Tenders are invited for the construction of five - two bedroom plus craft room, one bathroom, Independent Living Units on Lots 82 and 83 Grenfell Street, Cranbrook. One unit will be built on Lot 82 and four units will be built on Lot 83.

Tenders must be clearly marked with tender number, placed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the undersigned and either hand delivered or mailed to the Shire of Cranbrook, 19 Gathorne Street, Cranbrook WA 6321 or electronically uploaded to the e-portal. Facsimile and email tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders close at 4.00pm on Friday, 2 August 2019.
No late tenders will be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender not necessarily accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify.
