Pomona Road, Riverside - Footpath & Kerb replacement from West Tamar Hwy to No.6

⁠⁠⁠The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:
* Traffic Management, Site Establishment, Service locations, Set out of design, Project Management including Soil and Erosion Management, Workplace Health and Safety Management and Traffic Management.
* Bulk excavation and disposal of material offsite
* Construction of Side Entry pits "type2" as shown in the drawing
* Supply and installation of gravel sub-base and base
* Supply and installation of 35mm asphalt (AC7)
* Construction of concrete kerb & channel type 'KC'
* Construction of concrete footpaths as shown on the drawing. Council to supply 'Tripstop' joints to be installed every 6m.
* Construction of concrete driveways as shown in the drawing.
* Construction of "Tasman Block" retaining wall
* Minor works as required to completed the works and as detailed on the contract drawings and in the specification
* General reinstatement
* 12 month maintenance period

Tenderers must complete the Tender Forms provided and any accompanying schedules and submit them by emailing to tenders@wtc.tas.gov.au, online using the council's etendering website or delivering them in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with the contract number to the Councils Riverside Office in Eden Street or post them to Council at PO Box 16, Riverside TAS 7250.

Tenders close at 12 noon on Wednesday the 24th of July 2019
