Tender Description
Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) Facilities and Engineering department provides maintenance and minor building services to all departments across CMDHB. These services extend to all hospitals and outpatient clinics that are owned by CMDHB.
CMDHB is seeking proposals from credible suppliers to form a panel of suppliers that may be engaged as and when CMDHB requires services in the following areas:
1. Plumbing Services
2. HVAC Services
3. Fire Services
4. Electrical Services
5. Carpentry Services
6. Asbestos Services
7. Building maintenance Services.
Each of these Panel Services are further outlined in the RFP document. It is anticipated that the Panel will be in place for an initial term of three (3) years. It is an open panel that will be reviewed annually, meaning that new suppliers may be added to the Panel during its term provided that any new supplier demonstrates that it can meet CMDHB’s requirements to an acceptable standard.
