Talison Lithium Greenbushes Expansion - Strake Tanks Construction and Installation

⁠⁠⁠The Scope of Work is for the provision of labour, plant and equipment, materials, management, supervision and other things necessary to carry out the supply and installation of Strake Tanks to CGP3 Process Plant

Contractors shall demonstrate their ability to supply and install the Strake Tanks as per below requirements:

1- Erection and installation including all preparation, fabrication, erection, surface treatment and testing to API650 for the 4 (four) tanks as listed below:
* Process Water Tank: 19mØ x 5.4 mH x 6mmT Plate Steel, (Interior) 3mm Rhino Lining Coat + (Exterior) Paint Coating MSP Spec
* Flotation Water Tank: 14mØ x 5.5 mH x 6mmT Plate Steel, (Interior) 3mm Rhino Lining Coat + (Exterior) Paint Coating MSP Spec
* Coarse Flotation Water Tank: 11mØ x 5.5 mH x 6mmT Plate Steel, (Interior) 3mm Rhino Lining Coat + (Exterior) Paint Coating MSP Spec
* Raw Water Tank: 10mØ x 5.5 mH x 6mmT Plate Steel, (Interior) 3mm Rhino Lining Coat + (Exterior) Paint Coating MSP Spec

2- Procurement, Supply and Fabrication of Platework and components for tanks, including all nozzles and flanges, stiffeners and compensation plates, wind rings, gussets, nameplates, clean out doors, davits, manholes, blind flanges, gaskets, bolts, overflows, supports, all fasteners, seals, packers and shims required for the assembly and installation of the equipment.

3- Provision of craneage and on-site labour, materials, and infrastructure to enable the successful completion of the scope of works.
