The purpose of this Expression of Interest ("EOI") process is to invite parties to register their interest in providing construction services for the Selwyn District Council (SDC) Health Hub.
As one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand, Selwyn District Council are continuing their investment in the community with the development of a new two storey Health Hub located in the centre of Rolleston.
The proposed site of approximately 1 hectare is located on Norman Kirk Drive, Rolleston. The site is opposite the Selwyn District Council Head Quarters and backs onto Rolleston School.
The current concept consists of a proposed 3,759 sq M floor area, two storey build and associated civil and infrastructure works, including new kerb line and bus indents along Norman Kirk Drive.
