Invitation to Tender T19 20 Wollongong Seniors Centre Building Upgrades
Council wishes to engage a contractor for the Wollongong Seniors Centre Building Upgrades, which includes, but is not limited to:
* Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Centre's internal layout;
* Structural refurbishment works to internal walls and roof;
* Removal and disposal of all hazardous materials within the building;
* Window and doors replacements;
* Complete ceiling replacement;
* Installation of a new kitchen, including bathrooms and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant amenities;
* Complete electrical & lighting upgrade;
* Removal and reinstatement of the existing ramp and stairs to the entry.
