Mailroom Digitisation Service

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking quotes from suitably resourced and qualified organisations to provide mail (hardcopy) processing service for Council. The expectation of Council is that incoming mail will be diverted to the successful service provider to open, sort, scan and deliver hard copy mail.

Scanned mail items will be electronically transferred into the existing SFTP for importing into oMail – Council’s automated mail processing service that completes document recognition and entry into Councils Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS, Content Manager).
