Literacy and Professional Development Adviser

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) has partnered with the Government of the Solomon Islands to provide technical expertise and capability building to the Solomon Islands Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development to manage and deliver planned tasks relating to professional development with a major focus on literacy improvements. This would also include strengthening the communication and coordination with pre service education, which predominately takes place at the Solomon Islands National University.

This role is:
* Up to 6 months assignment comprising - 100 working days
* New Zealand Government support programme
* Located in Honiara, Solomon Islands - To start as soon as possible 2019
