Safety Equipment – Portable and Fixed (Supply, repair and maintain) (R-34719)

Chevron Australia is seeking expression of interest (EOI) from service providers able to supply personal gas monitors, specialist safety equipment and maintenance services for Gorgon, Wheatstone (Upstream and Downstream) and Barrow Island Oilfield.

The safety equipment scope includes (but is not limited to):
* Supply & maintain personal gas monitors and zone/area gas monitoring equipment;
* Supply of equipment management software for Inventory control, tracking and generating reports for: Issuing and returning of equipment, maintenance requirements and consumable usage;
* Supply & maintain respiratory protection equipment/devices (Self-contained breathing apparatus and long line) for working and escape applications;
* Supply and maintain breathing air compressors (for Breathing Apparatus cylinder filling);
* Supply and maintain drug and alcohol detection devices;
* Maintenance and calibration services for all equipment;
* Supply of spare parts, consumables and calibration gasses;
* Supply of registered training services for all products offered.

1) Provision of onsite equipment maintenance and testing services, including general maintenance, fault finding and troubleshooting;
2) Engineering support including design, manufacture and supply of equipment;
3) Provision of equipment management software and equipment tracking system to maintain equipment compliance in line with Australian standards and generate reports for: Issuing and returning of equipment, maintenance requirements and consumable usage;
4) Provision of specialist tooling and test equipment;
5) Provision of suitably qualified, competent and experienced personnel for maintenance and product management services; and
6) Safe and suitably environmentally friendly disposal of used equipment at sites specific to hazardous material.
