Wellington City Council Facilities Management Services - Advanced Notice of Tender (RFP)

Wellington City Council intends to seek Requests for Proposal from facility management providers interested in managing and delivering facility maintenance and property services to our diverse property portfolio. Wellington City Council intends to release this Request for Proposal on GETS in early August 2019.

The Wellington City Council portfolio is very diverse in nature and as such will be seeking responses from applicants that can meet minimum capability requirements including;
* Demonstrable ability to deliver innovative facility management across a variety of asset types.
* Experience in delivering services for customers of a similar scale;
* Proven ability to partner with an organisation of a similar scale.
* Ability to deliver an optimal and sustainable service delivery level that balances service levels and costs whilst maintaining high levels of safety, quality, environmental and resilience measures.
